Town of Boone Permit Portal

Welcome to the Town of Boone Permit Portal.  This portal is your online destination for zoning and building permits. You can fill out and submit your development-related applications through this portal, without having to visit the Planning and Inspections office. Starting from January 1, 2025, online submission will be mandatory for all applicants. How to Apply Step Guide

Permit Applications: To apply for a permit, you must first register and create an account. After you have completed your permit application, you can use your account to check the progress of your application/permit or to request an inspection.

Concerns/Complaints: To submit any concerns or complaints about development, occupancy, or minimum housing, you must first register and create an account. Alternatively, you can file an anonymous report at the Town of Boone Planning and Inspections Report a Concern webpage, but you will not be able to track the progress of your report or receive feedback.
