Creating a Secure User Account
To begin, if you haven't already, create a secure account. This will allow you to submit applications, track their progress, and communicate with us regarding your applications. If you have an account already, click her to login now.
Note: After logging in, you'll see the main navigation bar on the left side of the screen when using a desktop. On a mobile device, the menu will appear as a three-line icon (☰) that you can tap to navigate the site.
How to Submit an Application
- Identify the type of application you need to submit.
- Locate the application type and click Apply Online.
- This action will take you to the application portal, where you can begin the process.
Completing an Application
The application process consists of multiple steps:
- Choosing the Record Type - Typically, this step is pre-selected when you click Apply Online. Proceed to the next step.
- Entering the Project Address - Enter your project address in the Land Address field and generate search results.
- Creating the Record - Select the correct parcel and click Create to start your application.
- Completing the Application Form - Fill out all required fields and click Submit.
- Uploading Documents - Attach necessary documents, such as plans or proof of ownership.
- Finalizing the Application - Click Complete Application to submit.
- Optional Communication - Enter a message for our team if needed.
Managing or Viewing an Existing Application
Once an application is submitted, you can view and manage it from My Dashboard.
- Open My Dashboard and select the relevant section.
- Each record will display a status indicating its current progress.
Common Record Status Definitions
- Portal Submitted – Application is submitted but not reviewed. You can edit it while in this status.
- Pending – Application is under review.
- Approved – Application has been approved, and we will contact you with your permit.
Make a Payment
Some applications may require a fee, listed as an invoice.
- Go to My Dashboard and open My Invoices.
- Select an invoice and click Pay Invoice.
