Instructions

1. Open the 'Checklist' link(s) to identify the required document(s) for upload.
2. Click "Apply Online".  Cell Phone Users: Turn your phone sideways to see the "Apply Online" link.

Applications submitted without the required documents may delay the review process or cause the application to be rejected.

 Payments

To estimate permit costs, please see the Permit Fee Schedule.

You will receive an invoice via email.

You may make your payment in one of the following ways:

1.  Pay via the Permit Portal: log into your portal and click "Make a Payment" on the left-hand side and fill in your invoice number,

2.  Bring your payment (check, cash, card) to the Codes Office, or

3.  Mail your payment: (check) to the Codes Office.

To schedule an inspection, either call (207) 721-4059 or email inspections@brunswickme.org. Someone will be in touch within one (1) business day.
