Renewing Your Business Tax Receipt (BTR)
Business Tax Receipts expire every year on September 30th. If this date falls on a non-business day, the expiration will be the last business day before September 30th.

· Renewal Fee: $175.00 per license.
· Documentation: None, unless your business requires a State License.
· Late Fees: Late renewals may incur additional fees.
· License Number: Keep your current license number handy to complete the process.
---Steps to Renew your Business Tax Receipt – DO NOT CERATE A NEW ACCOUNT.
1. Click on Renew License to begin.
2. Enter your current license number to proceed.
3. Log In to your account (click on “forgot password” if you do not remember your password. You will be prompted to click on “generate new password,” and a temporary password will be sent to your inbox) Follow prompts updating information in the yellow boxes if necessary.
4. Click Renew to continue.
5. Upload State License in Step 6 (If required). If not required, skip to step 7.
6. Make Your Payment
o Online: Select Pay Invoice, then click Make Payment to pay online.
o By Check: Click Print instead of Make Payment to generate your invoice. Deliver both invoice and check to the Village by mail or in person.
By Mail: Make checks payable to: Village of Palmetto Bay Business Tax Receipt 9705 East Hibiscus Street Palmetto Bay, FL 33157
In Person: Visit the Village cashier during business hours (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, excluding holidays).

Once your payment and State License (if applicable) are reviewed, the renewed Business Tax Receipt will be sent to your email.
