Prior to submitting an application, please review the latest information regarding fee schedules, permit checklists, and general instructions.
UPDATE FOR CONTRACTORS
The City of Brooksville has received several questions related to contracting companies where multiple employees cannot view all permit applications submitted by various company employees.
In the My Dashboard - My Permits menu section, the system only displays the permit applications where the currently logged in user's email matches the email used to create the application.
If all employees of the contracting company need to view and update all permits submitted on behalf of the contracting company, you must use a generic email address such as permits@company_name.com or similar. For existing records, the most common approach is for your employees to share the existing access email and login.

THE CUT-OFF FOR NEXT DAY INSPECTIONS IS 3PM THE PRIOR BUSINESS DAY - M-F
INSPECTIONS ARE DONE BETWEEN 9AM AND 2:30PM
SPECIFIC TIME INSPECTION REQUEST WILL INCURR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $81.00
THE PERMIT MUST BE POSTED ON SITE VISIBLE FROM THE STREET - PROTECTED FROM THE
WEATHER AND ACCESSIBLE BY THE INSPECTOR UNTIL COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.
